Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

• Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same item more than once, we will refund the duplicate transaction upon verification.
• File Issues: If the file is corrupted, missing, or does not match the description, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will either provide a replacement or issue a refund if the issue cannot be resolved.
